QHSE is a vital constituent at RPM Transport Solutions for its day to day activities and in order to match internal and external KPIs. Maintaining world-class services and maintaining safe practices have been proven in our operational records by developing manuals and policies and procedures that are enforced by our expert staff. These procedures and manuals are followed strictly to the dot for every contract and each movement job.

• DDC and training for all drivers are conducted every two years by recognized and authorized third party entities.
• Thorough internal training and service requirement sessions are held for drivers and supervisors.
• Training on HSE compliance is held on a quarterly basis to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• PPE is provided to our drivers and supervisors for maintaining professionalism and to be in-line with our HSE policy.
• Education of strong safety principles is delivered regularly to our drivers for KPI measurement and to report any incident along via proper channels.
• Drivers are educated through an internal training session to go through the vehicle checklists and to ensure all destination requirements are met before starting a trip.
• Journey management plans are applied to our day to day systems for record keeping and to ensure that all relevant journey data is made available to our client.
