These procedures and manuals are followed strictly to the dot for every contract and each movement job.
Training & Development Cycle Include:
- DDC and training for all drivers are conducted every two years by recognized and authorized third party entities.
- Thorough internal training and service requirement sessions are held for drivers and supervisors.
- Training on HSE compliance is held on a quarterly basis to ensure adherence to safety standards.
- PPE is provided to our drivers and supervisors for maintaining professionalism and to be in-line with our HSE policy.
- Education of strong safety principles is delivered regularly to our drivers for KPI measurement and to report any incident along via proper channels.
- Drivers are educated through an internal training session to go through the vehicle checklists and to ensure all destination requirements are met before starting a trip.
- Journey management plans are applied to our day to day systems for record keeping and to ensure that all relevant journey data is made available to our client.
